Honestly the best apartment community I have ever lived. Centrally located, great schools around, food markets at walkable distance, efficient staff, quick maintenance, clean and serene environment and above all safe to live with family. Nothing more that I could have asked for. A 'True Home' experience'. Amazing !!

Management and community are great. No loud noise and Ive had no issues...

It is wonderful living in a community that is peaceful, with good management of apartment complex. The parking is very well organised. The apartment complex is close to park and ride, has easy access to metro bus service and grocery stores across the street. The management is easily accessible and has open door policy but still maintaining COVID protection. The manager listens to the problems of renters and the workers are very hard working and efficient and knowledgeable. It is pleasure living at Tradewinds apartment on Wilcrest.

So far great apartments never had issues with the apartment in itself. Amazing staff! My issues would be of people coming to the back of the apartments and smoking and drinking and leaving their trash in the parking lot over here by building 11

It is nice to see that the manager is working hard to improve the conditions at Tradewinds. She herself is personally involved in solving the problems of residents.
